Jay Freund to Join the Stratford-Cambridge Group as Managing Director
Plymouth, Michigan - October 1, 2018 – The Stratford-Cambridge Group is pleased to announce that it has expanded its team with the hiring of a new Managing Director, Jay Freund, who will be based in Cleveland, Ohio.
Jay brings more than 25 years of experience to the Stratford-Cambridge Group team. In his most recent role as Partner at Canal Holdings, he was responsible for sourcing, executing and managing investments across a wide array of industries with a specialization in manufacturing and business services. Jay has also been associated with firms including PNC Erieview Capital (fka National City Equity Partners), Banc One Capital Corporation, and The Ohio Company. Within these positions, Jay has gained valuable experience partnering with lower middle-market management teams in the manufacturing, industrial/business services, and value-added distribution sectors. Jay received a BSBA in economics from Ohio Northern University and his MBA from the Krannert Graduate School of Management at Purdue University.
